OVERVIEW
Beautiful product.
Invisible on shelf.
Bloom had a product that genuinely worked and a growing loyal customer base built almost entirely through word of mouth. Their visual identity and packaging gave no indication of the quality inside. On shelf alongside established skincare brands, they simply disappeared.

//
THE CHALLENGE
The product earned trust.
The brand didn't yet.
Three retail chains. One shot. Six weeks to make packaging that could hold its own on shelf.
OUR APPROACH
We approached this as a sensory design problem, not just a visual one. The identity needed to communicate texture, feel, and care before a customer ever opened a product. We built the visual language around natural materials, considered negative space, and a photographic direction that felt intimate rather than aspirational.
THE SOLUTION
A complete visual identity system with packaging design, brand photography shot across three cities, and a rollout across digital and retail touchpoints. The photographic direction was documented in full so Bloom's team could commission consistent work independently going forward.
WHAT WE BUILT
The brand launched simultaneously across 14 markets with a 180-page guidelines document, a full motion system, and a suite of templates that allowed Halcyon's internal team to produce on-brand work from day one.

"Nysa didn't deliver a brand. They delivered a language — one our whole team now speaks fluently."
